These terms apply to jugael.de and the Jugael service, offered by Gabriel Giraldo (Jugael), Cali, Colombia.
Beta service
Jugael is currently offered as a free private beta. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the credentials and data sources you connect, and for approving any action Jugael proposes on your systems. Do not connect systems you are not authorized to access.
Acceptable use
You may not use Jugael to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system, or in violation of applicable law or the Anthropic Usage Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the beta, including actions you approve on your infrastructure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
