Who we are

Jugael ("we") operates jugael.de and the Jugael MCP server. The person responsible for data processing is Gabriel Giraldo, Cali, Colombia. Contact: hello@jugael.de.

What we collect

• Website: standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) kept for security for up to 30 days. We do not use tracking cookies.
• Beta requests: the email address and details you send us, used only to contact you about the beta.
• Product data: when you connect sources to Jugael, we process the logs, metrics and metadata you choose to share, only to perform the analysis you request.

AI processing

Jugael uses the Anthropic Claude API to analyze data. Sensitive values are masked before analysis where possible. Data sent to the API is processed under Anthropic's commercial terms and is not used by Anthropic to train models.

Retention and your rights

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@jugael.de. If you are in the EU, you have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
